David Cuppage

David Cuppage is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various fields of law, including commercial, business, employment, real estate, and environmental litigation. Currently serving as Principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA since August 2017, David provides legal representation in multiple areas, managing complex litigation and transactional matters. Prior to this role, David was a Principal at Climaco, Wilcox, Peca & Garofoli Co., L.P.A. from March 1995 to August 2017 and served as a Judicial Clerk at the 8th District Court of Appeals in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, from January 1991 to March 1995. David holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kent State University.
