Hugh Berkson

Hugh Berkson is a Principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co, LPA since March 2016, where the practice focuses on representing investors against brokers, investment advisors, and insurance agents, alongside product liability and general business litigation. Hugh has held leadership roles in the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association, serving as President twice and contributing to significant reports on arbitration and FINRA's BrokerCheck system. Prior to this, Hugh was a Partner at Hermann Cahn & Schneider for nearly 18 years, with a similar focus on investor representation and commercial litigation. Educational qualifications include a JD from Case Western Reserve University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
