Flor McCarthy

Flor McCarthy, the managing partner of McCarthy + Co Solicitors LLP, is a versatile professional known for his expertise in client service, innovation, and marketing. Educated at UCC and UCD, he returned to West Cork after working in Dublin to join the family business, where he has led the firm for over two decades. His innovative approach earned him the Munster Solicitor of the Year award in 2018. Flor is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, a member of the Law Society of Ireland's Council, and a solicitor in England and Wales. A published author and media contributor, he continually pursues personal growth, including reconnecting with his Irish roots through language studies.
