Joseph McCarthy

Since joining in 2013, Joseph has specialised in private client work, focusing on conveyancing and probate, where he assists clients with property transactions, will drafting, and managing the affairs of deceased individuals. He also advises on Enduring Powers of Attorney and issues related to impaired mental capacity. With a problem-solving approach, Joseph ensures clients are connected to the right experts when needed. His background includes a degree in applied psychology and early legal training at Wolfe & Co. He and teammate Liam Crowley won the Irish Client Counselling Competition and reached the semi-finals at the international competition in Hong Kong.
