Drew Ferrell

Drew Ferrell has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at MCCi since December 2012, with previous roles including Technical Support Supervisor, Software Specialist in the Managed Services Division, and Application Support Analyst II. Prior to joining MCCi, Drew Ferrell managed operations at The UPS Store from May 2003 to August 2008. Educationally, Drew Ferrell earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University between 2007 and 2010, and obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Tallahassee State College from 2003 to 2006.
