Jason Klier

Jason Klier has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jason currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Leasing and Acquisitions at both McClellan Business Park and LDK Ventures since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Asset Management at Buzz Oates from December 2017 to September 2022. Before that, they held the role of Vice President - Acquisitions at Hutensky Capital Partners from September 2016 to December 2017, and also worked as Vice President - Investments at PECO Real Estate Partners (PREP) from August 2015 to April 2016. Jason has also gained valuable experience at Phillips Edison & Company, where they served as Vice President - Portfolio Management from January 2013 to August 2015, Director of Acquisitions - Mountain/SW from January 2012 to December 2012, and Disposition Officer from July 2008 to December 2011. Jason'scareer started at Palmer Capital Inc in 2002, where they worked as a Partner - Investment Sales Professional until 2008.

Jason Klier completed their Bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
