Matt Radencic has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Matt started their career as a Senior Accountant in Kenneth Leventhal & Company (Ernst & Young), where they worked with clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Matt then became an Accounting and Auditing Manager at McMahon & Company, where they conducted annual financial audits and handled taxation for various companies.
After that, Matt worked as a Controller at Chicago Capital, Inc., where they managed all financial operations and IT matters for the start-up broker-dealer. Matt also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Davenport University, teaching accounting courses while pursuing their MBA degree.
Matt's experience continued at Mercer Investments, where they served as a Financial Regulatory Principal responsible for managing the financial responsibilities for a registered broker-dealer. Additionally, they held the role of Zone Accounting Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the North America Region at Mercer.
Currently, Matt is working as the Director of Finance at McColly Real Estate, where they oversee financial matters for the company. Through their work experience, Matt has gained expertise in financial reporting, planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Matt Radencic has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Accounting from Purdue University Northwest. Matt also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Data Analysis Fundamentals Certificate from the AICPA, obtained in November 2018; the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the AICPA, obtained in September 2012; and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the University of Illinois, obtained in September 1987.
