Tracy Senf has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of federal and state tax incentive programs, including low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), HUD programs, historic rehabilitation tax credits, commercial real estate, real estate investment funds, new markets tax credits and renewable energy programs. As a vice president in the development finance division, she structures and underwrites economically integrated, mixed-finance, LIHTC and historic tax credit investments.
