Michelle Kristel

Michelle Kristel is a seasoned leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Managing Partner at McCormack+Kristel since 2013, where a strong emphasis is placed on effective leadership placement to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Michelle was the Executive Director of In The Life Media from 2002 to 2012, a trailblazing organization focused on social change media addressing critical issues such as gender, HIV/AIDS, and LGBT rights, with its flagship series airing nationally on PBS. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Humanities from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Latin from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
