Barry C. Spencer, MBA, MAC, and MMHC, is an experienced operations and leadership professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. Since August 2009, Barry has served as Operations Team Manager at McCormick & Company, where responsibilities include resource identification for new product launches and overseeing safety measures. In addition, Barry has been the Senior Pastor at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church Inc. since March 2015, providing spiritual leadership and managing church finances and administrative functions. Prior experience includes Transportation Manager at Honeywell, where Barry implemented cost-saving strategies and ensured compliance with regulations, and roles at National Standard involving supervisory and quality control responsibilities.
