Michelle Carpenter

Michelle Carpenter serves as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at McCormick & Company since August 2022. Previously, Michelle held the role of Sr. Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at U.S. Silica Company from December 2020 to July 2022, overseeing strategic leadership in HR functions. Michelle's extensive career at WestRock Company included positions such as Director and Senior Manager of Executive Compensation, focusing on executive talent compensation, incentive program design, and program execution. Earlier roles in financial and analytical positions were held at Performance Food Group, MeadWestvaco, and Circuit City, showcasing expertise in compensation analysis, financial systems, and team leadership. Michelle earned an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from James Madison University.
