Ray Bernardo

Ray Bernardo, P.E., PTOE, is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in transportation and project management. Ray currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at McCormick Taylor, Inc. since July 2020, previously holding the same title at EBA Engineering, Inc. from March 2015 to July 2020. Ray's career began at McCormick Taylor, Inc. from November 2000 to March 2015 as a Transportation Engineer. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from West Virginia University.
