Walter Sack

Walter Sack, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership, currently serving as the People Development Field Support Team Lead at McCoy Corporation since June 2015, where oversight includes coaching two HR Employee Relations Specialists and supporting 119 managers and 1,466 employees across multiple states. Prior roles include Human Resources Field Support Representative at McCoy Corporation, and significant military leadership positions with the US Navy, where Walter managed recruitment and personnel decisions for thousands while also providing benefits guidance. Academic contributions were made as an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, teaching various subjects and mentoring students. Walter holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin.
