Bill Corbin

Bill Corbin has over 17 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership, recruitment, and employee engagement. Bill was most recently the Chief Human Resources Officer at McDonough District Hospital. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Human Resources at Advocate Aurora Health and the Director of Human Resources at Advocate Health Care. Bill also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sherman Hospital and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Delnor Community Hospital. Throughout their career, Bill has been responsible for various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training and development, employee satisfaction, performance management, and labor productivity. Bill has successfully overseen integration projects and implemented strategies to improve associate engagement and streamline staffing plans.

Bill Corbin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Iowa State University during the years 1989 to 1992. Bill then pursued further education at Aurora University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Leadership from 2004 to 2008.
