Mark Grieve has extensive experience in telecommunications and technical support. Currently serving as a Telephone Technician at McDonough District Hospital since September 2014, Mark manages an extensive phone system consisting of 800 phones, addressing various operational challenges. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a DSL and Video Installer at Infobahn Outfitters from March 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities included installing wiring and equipment for customer services. Early in Mark's career, a position as a Programmer at Compass Consulting from March 2007 to December 2007 involved providing help desk services and installing Point of Sale software upgrades for a large restaurant chain. Mark's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree from Carl Sandburg Community College and studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1978 to 1981.
