Rachel Kerns has a diverse range of work experience. Rachel started their career as a Bank Teller at United Community Bank IL in 2014, where they provided excellent customer service and made sound financial decisions. In 2015, they transitioned to Webster University as an Assistant Research Analyst, where they compiled and analyzed data for various university projects. In 2016, they worked as an Internet Marketing & Copy Writing Intern at Beanstalk Web Solutions, where they conducted research and implemented web-based marketing strategies for clients. Rachel then gained experience as a Marketing Intern at The Fabulous Fox Theatre, where they assisted with marketing campaigns. Rachel further honed their marketing skills as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Stray Rescue of St. Louis, where they collaborated with the marketing team to develop and track marketing campaigns and events. In 2018, they served as an Account Supervisor for the National Student Advertising Competition at the American Advertising Federation, where they led a team in creating an integrated marketing campaign. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Marketing And Public Relations at McDonough Telephone Cooperative, where they oversee marketing activities, public relations, and serves as the principal Web master.

Rachel Kerns has a diverse education history that spans from high school to university. Rachel obtained their High School Diploma from West Prairie High School in the years 2010-2014. Following that, they attended Webster University from 2014-2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. During their time at Webster University, Rachel also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with an Emphasis in Marketing, further specializing their knowledge in the field. In 2016, Rachel briefly attended Webster Vienna Private University, focusing on Advertising and Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in April 2017.
