MacKinley Sim

Mackinley Sim is an accomplished Associate Lawyer at McDougall Gauley LLP, having joined the firm in August 2022 after serving as a Law Clerk at the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan from June 2021 to May 2022. Mackinley also contributed to the Saskatchewan Law Review, holding various editorial positions including Managing Editor, Summer Editor, and Student Editor from September 2019 to April 2021. Prior to these roles, Mackinley completed a summer internship at McDougall Gauley LLP in 2019. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Saskatchewan (2018 - 2021), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Regina (2016 - 2018), and a Liberal Arts Diploma in Justice Studies from the University of Regina (2013 - 2016).
