Thomas Buchanan

Thomas Buchanan has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as President of McDowell, Rice, Smith & Buchanan since January 2013, after assuming the role of Executive Vice President in January 2004. Buchanan has been a Shareholder at the firm since May 1993. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1977 and 1980, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Washburn University, completed between 1973 and 1977.
