Rita Oliveira Pelica

Rita Oliveira Pelica serves as an Expert at Santander X Explorer since October 2023 and has been the Chief Energy Officer and Founder of ONYOU since June 2017, where ONYOU specializes in educational projects focusing on soft skills and an entrepreneurial mindset for graduate students and executives. Rita is a Certified Facilitator in Storytelling and LEGO® Serious Play®, as well as a Certified Practitioner in Business Model You®. Additional roles include being a Senior Associate at MCE - Management Centre Europe, a Business Mentor at UNION-vb, and a Collaborative Leadership Professor at SOCIUS – Research Centre in Economic and Organizational Sociology. Rita also teaches courses on Intrapreneurship and Creativity at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and Entrepreneurship at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril. Education includes a PhD in Human Resources Development from ISCSP-ULisboa, with various certifications in organizational leadership, facilitation, and neuroscience applied to consumer behavior.
