Troy McNeill

Troy McNeill is a highly experienced individual in the field of civil engineering. Currently serving as the Business Lead for Civil Infrastructure and Manager of Municipal Engineering in the Prairie Region at McElhanney, Troy has a proven track record of successfully managing and growing municipal engineering services teams. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary, Troy has been instrumental in the design and project management of various utility installation projects, roadwork programs, and transmission mains throughout their career. Prior to their current roles, Troy also served as a Branch Manager at McElhanney Consulting Services Ltd. and as a Principal/Senior Engineer at BSEI.
