Colm McGinley

After graduating from Reading University in 2003, Colm qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (Planning & Development, MRICS) in 2006 whilst working with the Berkeley Group. 3 years later (2009), having never worked in the industry, He started his first recruitment business.

Today company employs over 200 great people and provides skilled, qualified, and professional personnel via temporary / contract assignments, permanent placements, and project-based solutions. The group operates both in the UK and internationally. Over the past 10 years, they have successfully developed bespoke service offerings within a number of varied markets - Aerospace, Construction, Education, Healthcare & Technology – which certainly sets them apart.

The group has achieved over 40% compound annual growth since 2010. In 2015 they received their first award, the Sunday Times ‘Fast Track 100’ (a list of the fastest-growing private companies in the UK), which was followed by the Sunday Times 'Best 100 Companies to Work For' in 2017 (again in 2020), the FT ‘1000 Fastest Growing Companies in Europe’, the Inc. 5000 (Europe) and the LSE’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ in 2018.

Colm was proud to appear in the 'LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Leaders' in 2018. Compiled by LDC and supported by The Telegraph, the LDC Top 50 awards showcase and celebrate the business leaders of UK medium-sized companies. He is also a member (previously GL Chapter Chair) of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO).
