Janet Gabrysch, SHRM-SCP

Janet Gabrysch, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Janet started their career as an Organizational Support Intern at The LIVESTRONG Foundation in 2013. Janet then moved to Alamo Group, where they worked as a Corporate Human Resources Intern from September 2013 to December 2014. Janet then joined Texas State University as an HR Benefits Intern from December 2014 to May 2015.

In 2015, they joined McGarrah Jessee and held various HR roles. Janet started as an HR Intern in September 2015 and transitioned to an HR Coordinator in December 2015. From June 2018 to February 2021, they served as an HR Generalist, and then they progressed to the role of People and Culture Manager in February 2021.

Throughout their career, Janet has gained valuable experience and expertise in the field of human resources, specializing in areas like benefits, organizational support, and general HR management. Janet Gabrysch, SHRM-SCP, has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from Texas State University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Texas State University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their educational background, Janet Gabrysch has obtained several certifications. Janet is a Textio Equitable Performance Feedback certified professional, having completed the program in January 2023. Janet also holds the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they achieved in July 2020.
