Amy Donovan

Amy Donovan is an experienced training content specialist currently serving as the Sr. Training Content Specialist at McGee Air Services since June 2022, where responsibility includes developing and revising e-learning modules and creating various training materials for over 3,000 employees. Prior to this role, Amy worked at Alaska Airlines as a Training Content Developer, focusing on creating training materials for Airport Operations and Customer Service agents, and also served as a Customer Service Agent.
