Rowena Deguzman

Rowena DeGuzman has a diverse work experience in merchandise planning. Rowena recently joined McGee & Co. in 2022 as the Director Of Merchandise Planning. Prior to that, they worked at Zappos.com for 16 years as a Merchandise Planning Manager. Before Zappos.com, they worked at Pacific Sunwear Inc. as a Merchandise Planner from 2005 to 2006. Their earliest known experience was at Williams Sonoma Inc. where they served as a Control Buyer from 2000 to 2005.

Rowena DeGuzman obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting with a minor in Retail Studies from Santa Clara University. Rowena attended the university from 1996 to 2000.
