Erica Reynolds, PE, RA, FMPC is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Associate and Project Manager at McGinnis Chen Associates, Inc. since July 2013, specializing in building envelope consultation, including exterior facades, windows, roofing, podium decks, and waterproofing. Previously, Erica held roles such as Senior Project Manager at Southern California Gas Company, focusing on gas storage fields and civil/structural projects, and Engineering Student Assistant at the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, regulating groundwater discharges. Erica also contributed to community development as the Project Manager for Engineers Without Borders in Nicaragua.
