Alicia Riley

Alicia Riley, M.Ed., is an experienced education professional with extensive expertise in literacy instruction, teacher training, and professional development. Currently serving as the Lead Professional Learning Specialist at Amplify since 2021, Alicia delivers impactful training sessions that enhance product sales and contribute to a 30% increase in business volume. In addition, Alicia has worked at KIPP New Orleans since 2018, where experiences include mentoring teachers and managing special education literacy programs. Previous roles span various educational settings, including as Literacy Lead Teacher in Escambia County and Recruitment Manager in a community engagement role, culminating in a solid foundation in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
