Katrina McKinney

Katrina McKinney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of corporate communications, marketing, and insurance. Katrina currently holds the position of Vice President, Director of Corporate Communications at McGriff since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Marketing Communications at McGriff from September 2021 to January 2023. Katrina also worked as Corporate Marketing Communications at McGriff from November 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining McGriff, Katrina held the position of Insurance Training and Development Manager at Regions Insurance from July 2018 to November 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Brand Manager at Regions Financial from October 2017 to July 2018.

Katrina started their career at Regions Insurance Services, where they worked as the SVP, Product Manager from January 2003 to February 2013. In this role, they managed the operations of the in-house Title Insurance agency and led a team of underwriters across multiple states.

Throughout their career, Katrina has gained expertise in corporate communications, marketing strategy, event planning, executive communications, brand management, and insurance operations.

Katrina McKinney obtained a Bachelor of Science in English from The University of Memphis, completing their education between 1997 and 2002. In 2015, they earned a certification as an Integrity Selling Facilitator from Integrity Solutions LLC.
