Laura Klee

Laura Klee has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Director of Human Resources at McGrory Glass since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at Consolidated Glass Holdings, Inc. from April 2017 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the people functions of six subsidiary companies. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at North American Specialty Glass from December 2010 to April 2017 and at MB Research Laboratories from October 1998 to October 2009. Laura began their career at UnitedHealthcare as a Senior Account Manager from 1994 to 1998.

Laura Klee has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Temple University. Laura also has a degree in Professional Human Resources Management from Villanova University. In addition to their degrees, Laura has obtained certifications such as the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2021 and a 30-Hour OSHA Certificate in Hazard Recognition Training for General Industry from the American Safety Council, Inc in April 2016.
