Matt Finley

After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1999, Matthew worked as an engineer at a large national geotechnical company. However, he was drawn to construction and followed his passion to be more involved in the building process of civil engineering. After learning the ropes on a multi-year electrical underground project in the Bay Area, Matthew was hired by McGuire and Hester in 2006 as a project engineer and became a project manager in 2009. Since then, Matthew has worked on large multidisciplinary site work projects, eventually becoming the East Bay Area Manager for the company.
