Jacob Victor Deleon

Jacob Victor DeLeon is a Project Engineer at McGuire Builders, Inc. since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in construction and engineering. Previously, Jacob held the same title at W.E. O'Neil Construction, where responsibilities included managing procurement schedules and overseeing the approval process for subcontractor and vendor submittals. Jacob's background also includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Kite Pharma, and civil engineering internships at Labib Funk + Associates, where design computations for stormwater mitigation were performed. An active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Jacob has coordinated professional events and competitive projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and St. Louis University in Madrid. Jacob's foundational experiences began at Bishop Gorman High School, where leadership was demonstrated as President and Co-Founder of the Campus Ministry Leadership Team.
