In 2015, they became a Senior Consultant at Management Strategies until 2017. Currently, Cole is working as an Assistant Vice President at McGuireWoods Consulting starting from June 2018.

Cole G. completed their Master of Public Policy degree in Public Policy Analysis at George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus on Political Campaign Management from Fort Hays State University between 2006 and 2012. Cole G. completed their high school education at Thomas More Prep-Marian, a Catholic High School, from 2002 to 2006.
