Michael Wells

Michael Wells serves as an EMS Data Analyst at Montgomery County Hospital District since December 2017 and holds multiple leadership roles including Chair of the PCR Selection Committee and Captain of Professional Development. Michael has extensive experience in emergency medical services, having functioned as an In-Charge Paramedic and Captain in EMS Field, overseeing patient care and training for new employees. In addition to current roles with the National Disaster Medical System and the International Board of Specialty Certifications as an Item Writer, previous experience includes roles as a Flight Paramedic and Paramedic at various healthcare organizations. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Alabama and has multiple certifications in paramedicine and emergency medical services from recognized institutions.
