Richard Serra

Richard Serra has extensive experience in emergency medical services and athletic training, currently serving as an Attendant AEMT at Montgomery County Hospital District since March 2019, while also holding the position of Emergency Medical Technician at Community Volunteer Fire Department and Concord EMS Texas.
