Amy Galvin

Amy Galvin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amy started their career in 1997 as an Account Manager at Servicom, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they also served as the Training Director at Ron Weber and Associates from 1997 to 2003. In 2018, Amy joined Mass Markets BPO as the Vice President of Client Services and worked there until 2019. Amy then moved on to MCI, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President from 2019 to 2022 and Regional Chief Operations Officer starting in July 2022.
