Rick Ward

Rick Ward has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and positions. Rick started their career at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 2001 as a Technical/ Network Support Analyst. Rick was responsible for handling technical trouble tickets and implementing new technologies through project work. In 2002, they joined HP Canada as a Technical/ Service Delivery Manager, where they managed technical and service delivery operations until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Rick worked as an Account Manager at Marcato Digital Solutions, Inc., where they handled client accounts. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at MCI since 2019.

Rick Ward attended St. Thomas University (CA) from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a B.A. degree in an unspecified field of study.
