Gavin Giles, QC, has a diverse work experience spanning several notable companies and positions. Gavin began their legal career at Burchells LLP, where they served as a Partner from November 2000 to February 2005. Following this, they joined McInnes Cooper, Atlantic Canada's Law Firm, as a Senior Litigation Partner and Director in February 2005. During their time at McInnes Cooper, Gavin was recognized by their peers as a tenacious litigator with a strong practice. Gavin also served as the Former Chief Adjudicator at the Nova Scotia Small Claims Court, where they presided over thousands of trials and was involved in the development of court practices and procedures.
