He provides valued advice for fund managers, institutional clients, public and private developers, property trusts, and government-owned corporations in commercial and residential property transactions.

Brian regularly advises clients on transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential sites, retail shopping centers and hotels, including undertaking vendor and purchaser due diligence investigations and reports.
