Jason Strachan

Jason is an experienced and trusted public law and public policy specialist with broad expertise in statutory interpretation, administrative and constitutional law, the civil liability of government and legislative policy development and design. He advises on the development and administration of major legislative schemes and acts in test case, highly contentious or complex public law litigation.
