Marco Massini

Marco Massini has a wealth of experience in the corporate world, having held various roles since 2006. Marco co-founded Mercurio Capital Partners GP LLC in 2006, where they served as Founder and Managing Partner. In 2013, they co-founded Gallant Corporate Services LLC, an advisory and corporate solutions firm. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Director of Strategy at McIntosh Group Inc. In 2015, they became a Board Observer at Lucy® AI. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Rulex Inc., and in 2021 they became Director and Chief Financial Officer of Pregmune, Director of the US Subsidiary of Autry International, and Director of Votto Vines Importing Inc. In their roles, Marco Massini has provided strategic counsel and implementation support for individuals and SMEs, driven value creation for investors, and co-led the financial strategic management of firms.

Marco Massini obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Columbia University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned their Mechanical Engineering degree from Università degli Studi di Parma in 1997, with a field of study in Food Technology and Processing.
