Arvind Shandilya

Arvind Shandilya is an experienced professional with a strong background in venture capital and strategic operations. Currently serving as a Board Observer for WorkL and Laverock Therapeutics, as well as an Investor at Calculus Capital, Arvind focuses on VC investments in early-stage startups across B2B, Enterprise SaaS, and DeepTech sectors. Prior roles include contributing to Carbon13's mission of reducing CO₂e emissions, overseeing operations and strategy at PadSplit, and engaging in climate tech investment with Shell Ventures. With a solid foundation in project management and digital transformation from Fluor Corporation and strategic planning at Reliance Industries Limited, Arvind holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and has a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
