Dev Motiram is an accomplished Principal Consultant at The Dragonfly Ventures, providing strategic advice to business leaders in the energy sector to enhance efficiency and market presence. As an Active Member and City Host for MCJ Collective in Houston, Motiram fosters a community of climate advocates and professionals in a prominent climate-focused venture capital firm. As a Founding Fellow and Community Mentor at Climate Drift, Motiram supports emerging professionals in the climate sector through mentorship and networking. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Solugen, and significant experience in operations and safety roles at companies such as Ecolab and Dow Chemical. Dev Motiram holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and has completed the EmPower Leadership Program at the University of Houston.
