Senior Networks Operations Center (NOC) Technician at McKay Brothers

Michael Adzija has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Michael began their career as the President of the Australian Subsidiary at Telcordia Technologies / SAIC. During their time there, they led a $6M RDO Sales and Service Delivery, partnered with Telstra on a $1M Contingency Plan for Sydney 2000 Olympics, and led a $23M Y2K remediation. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Vice President - Oil & Gas Broker at Trinity Securities and then as an Independent Consultant Program Manager. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Director of Operations at TengoInternet, where they led installations, provisioning, assurance and guest support for RV Resorts and Man-Camps Wi-Fi networks across the country. In 2013, they began working at Wytec International as a Network Operations Manager, where they deployed 5G Fixed, Gigabit Wireless networks with PTP mmWave Radios, deployed a prototype small-cell network achieving speeds of 400 x 400, and deployed MDU Wi-Fi using planning, design and simulations. Most recently, since 2019, they have been a Senior Networks Operations Center (NOC) Technician at McKay Brothers.

Michael Adzija has studied Operations Management at The Wharton School and Electrical Engineering Technology at Ohio Institute of Technology.
