Tim Fincham has over 25 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry. Tim began their career in 1991 as a Manager of System Development at TransAmerica Energy Associates (TEA). In this role, they managed multiple site acquisition, zoning, and construction projects and completed them within critical time schedules. Tim was promoted to Director of Operations in the same company, where they were responsible for directing the activities of the project teams and functional managers in the deployment of multiple wireless telecommunication carrier system development projects.
In 1995, Fincham joined Nextel Communications as Director of System Development. Tim was responsible for all aspects of system development activities for Eastern PA, Southern, NJ and Delaware, managing a multiple discipline team of 20 and completing 200+ cell site installations. Tim was later promoted to Director of National System Development, where they established national system development standards and insured national implementation. Tim also developed budget standards and reviewed market system development plans.
In 2000, Fincham moved to Advanced Radio Telecom (ART) as Technical Director. In this role, they directed the Engineering and Operations of a start-up Broadband wireless system in Washington/Baltimore, successfully designed and built the launched network within project timeline goals. Tim also hired, managed, and directed site acquisition and implementation consultants, as well as coordinated the selection, build out, and installation of a POP and regional administrative offices.
In 2001, Fincham joined T-Mobile USA as Director of Network Engineering & Operations. In 2009, they moved to T-Mobile as Manager of Engineering - Development, where they were responsible for the Development (Site Acquisition, Zoning, and Construction Management activities for new sites on Long Island, NY. Tim developed an RFP for release of 200+ new site rings and reorganized the department, selecting 3 new site development vendors from a competitive bid process, releasing two (2) vendors for non-performance.
In 2007, Fincham became Regional Owner at OneCoach/Virginia. In this role, they helped small business owners and entrepreneurs grow their small business revenue by delivering a step by step process.
In 2012, Fincham founded TF Management, Inc., where they served as Owner. Tim also worked as Manager of Real Estate, Manager of Development & Field Operations, and Project Manager of Development at McKay Brothers in the same year.
