Josee Vaillant

Josee Vaillant, CIPP/C has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josee started their career as a First Aid Instructor at Saint Johns Ambulance Service in 2001. Josee then moved on to roles at Grouse Mountain, where they served as a Call Centre Supervisor, overseeing customer service representatives and implementing training programs. In 2009, they joined Adjuvantz Inc. as an Associate Account Manager, and eventually took on roles as Associate Program Manager and Training and Quality Manager, overseeing patient support programs. Currently, Josee holds the position of Senior Director of Privacy & Compliance at McKesson Canada, where they have progressed through various roles from Senior Manager of Training & Quality to the Director of Privacy & Compliance. Josee'sresponsibilities include leading teams in compliance and privacy activities, communication with key stakeholders, and implementing operational efficiencies.

Josee Vaillant obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French and Sociology from Dalhousie University before completing a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in French and Social Science from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in 2009. In 2017-2018, they received a Foundations of Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certification from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they took Project Management courses at Humber College in 2012.
