Carmen F.

Carmen F. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network operations and managed services. Currently serving as a Network Operations Lead at McKesson since July 2022, Carmen partners with MSPs, vendors, and engineering teams to enhance infrastructure services. Previously, Carmen held the role of Managed Services Architect at Frontier Communications from December 2019 to April 2022, utilizing change management principles and ITIL methodologies. Carmen also worked as a Networking Senior Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA Services from 2016 to 2019, where project delivery and cost model management were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Carmen was a Network Design Consultant at Dell from November 2006 to October 2016, focusing on network service delivery and risk management.
