Jen Duncan

Jen Duncan is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in technology and project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Currently serving as the Lead Program Manager for ServiceNow at McKesson since October 2024, Jen previously worked as a Salesforce Project Manager at 6Street Digital, managing significant enterprise transitions to Salesforce implementations. Jen's tenure at BNSF Railway included roles as Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, where Jen facilitated technology solution delivery and leadership in cross-departmental projects. Earlier, Jen contributed to software configuration and engineering roles at Raytheon. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
