Carl Swenson has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries, currently serving as Operations Manager at McKinley Homes since July 2019, focusing on the migration to advanced accounting and scheduling systems and overseeing land costing budgets. Previously, as Land Purchasing Manager at Lennar, Carl was responsible for site costing on over 60 projects, managing budgets, invoicing approvals, and cost-saving initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Construction Manager at CalAtlantic Homes, Field Manager at Pulte Group, Inc., and various auditing positions at Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC, and Laney, Boteler, & Killinger. Carl began a career in construction as a Senior Homebuilding Supervisor at The Ryland Group and holds a Master's degree in Accounting with a Tax Specialization from Kennesaw State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
