Deniz Usten Senturk

Deniz Usten Senturk is an experienced Principal Design Researcher and User Research Lead at McKinsey & Company since May 2021, where responsibilities include spearheading user research strategies, leading research teams, and fostering a user-centered design culture. Prior to this role, Deniz held positions at Ipsos as Research Manager, overseeing local and global research projects, and as Project Partner/Sr. Project Executive. Additionally, Deniz contributed to academic settings as an Assistant Lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University and has a background in sales and project coordination.
