Jay Nair

Jay Nair currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company since January 2023, having previously held the position of Business Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Business Development Analyst at Ruby Hibiscus and a Data Analyst Intern at Kannact. Jay's formative experiences include internships with the U.S. House of Representatives, The White House, the United States Senate, and a campaign internship with the Governor of Arkansas. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College and has studied Business Administration and Management as well as Public Policy at the University of Southern California. Early education includes attendance at Newport Harbor High School and Pulaski Academy.
