Tim Neill

Tim Neill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Facilities Management, currently serving as Account Director at Hines since May 2014. In this role, Tim has documented and defined the Facilities Management scope, promoted understanding between teams, and prioritized impactful training. Notable achievements include receiving the 2019 Employee of the Year Award and effectively managing a $2.8M/year janitorial service budget.
